Refunds

IMPORTANT - We do not offer refunds to the original method of payment. We offer store credit only! 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can't offer you a store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Final sale or reduced-price goods cannot be returned or exchanged. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Sample sizes of our full-sized products
  • Products that you don't like the scent of. Scents are subjective and that is why sample sizes of our full-sized products are offered, so you can try the scent before purchasing a full-sized product

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without notifying us. Any package sent back to Aroma Six8One (without direct instructions stating to return the item(s)) will not be accepted and the package will be returned to the sender. 

We are not responsible for missing or poorly packaged items being returned to us, or packages lost in transit. We recommend you insure your return and maintain your tracking information until your return has been accepted and processed by us for store credit or exchange. 

There are certain situations where only partial store credits are granted: (if applicable)

  • Goods with obvious signs of use
  • Goods that have been opened. (Seal removed or broken)
  • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • For any item that is returned with any of the above conditions, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit. 

Store Credit (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your Aroma Six8One account, within 7-10 business days. You will also be emailed the code for your store credit. You may use your store credit towards any purchase at any time. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received notification of your store credit yet, first check your email and your Aroma Six8One account again.

Check the status of your delivery to us, to ensure that your package was returned to us by the delivery company you used. 

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or if we sent the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by using our contact form. Photos will be required. Please inspect your orders upon arrival and notify us if they are defective or if you received the wrong items. 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or code will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit code to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us for return authorization and address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your store credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages

Once you place your order, we meticulously pack our items for shipment. After it leaves our hands, we are not responsible for any damage caused by the carrier. We will however assist you in filing a damage claim with the carrier. We must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a solution. Typically, a replacement will be sent once a damage claim has been filed with the shipping carrier. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

We will be happy to replace items that were not marked as delivered. Once the package is scanned as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We can offer the following suggestions: 

  • Confirm the address you provided was correct for shipping
  • Check with a neighbor to see if the package was delivered to them or if they took it for safety
  • Follow up with your mailman/post office to see where they left the package 
  • Sometimes USPS scans packages as delivered a few hours or days before it is actually delivered to your door. Give it 48 hours to show up
  • File a homeowner's claim with your homeowner's insurance for the theft of the package if it still does not show up in 48 hours
